As the Design Director at Double Stitch, I spearheaded the creation of premium bedding tailored for Older Gen Z and Young Millennials by leveraging consumer insight research and emerging design trends. We focused on creating affordable bedding essentials that are soft, strong, and sustainable with personality.
I directed the fabric development process, curating unique cotton, linen, and Tencel blends with the finest finishing treatments to deliver unparalleled softness.
Inspired by updated California Casual aesthetics, the heart of our brand identity lies in the combination of solid-non-solid textured patterns, double stitching on the edges, and playful pops of color and pattern.
The collection encompasses all top-of-bed items, including duvet/pillow inserts, sheets, duvet covers, throws, and decorative pillows. In 2024-25, the collection will expand further into Bath and other decorative categories.
